Church of God
We are so glad that you are here!
A Note from the Elders
January 20, 2021 - Update
The church building was professionally cleaned and disinfected on Wednesday January 20.
We will re-open for in-person worship this Sunday, 1/24, for the 10:30 worship service only. The café will also be open to view the service on the wall-mounted TV with increased space for social-distancing.
Please remember, we are offering the opportunity to worship in person, but we will continue to Live-stream on our website, and we honor and affirm anyone's decision to stay home. If you are not feeling well, please stay home.
Masks are not required, but you are welcome to wear one based on your personal need and comfort level. Please be sensitive to your proximity to and interaction with others.
Continue to pray God's healing and protection as we strive to Know Him, Make Him Known, and Be Transformed through multiple avenues and opportunities.
There Are Some Adjustments/Additions to Our Previous Fellowship Protocols:
Masks will not be required. They are optional based on your comfort level and desire.
We will not greet with handshakes and hugs.
The worship room has seating for 250. There are plenty of rows and space for families to sit together, yet create a comfortable level of social distance in our corporate gathering.
Children’s Church leaders will not wear masks, and social distancing is not something children practice nor will we try to enforce in this setting.
There is non-toxic hand sanitizer (alcohol & hydrogen peroxide ) in the children’s church area.
Their room has been and will be cleaned prior to each gathering.
Again, if you are uncomfortable with this setting, we totally support your family decision to not participate at this time.
No Bibles are in the chairs, nor crayons and pages for children during the worship service.
Children’s Church will utilize their normal range of ministry tools: crayons, pages, games, etc.
Nursing moms have access to their room.
Bathrooms are available. No access to rooms not being used during the current ministry hour.
Playground is available, but it has been used by families in the church and community. Hand sanitizer should be used after any play time.
Ministry meeting areas, including bathrooms, door handles, surfaces and seats have been disinfected before the service, and will be treated in between each time we meet.
Please be in prayer as we continue seek Jesus and minister His love, truth, grace, mercy and compassion in these days. Again, please know that we completely respect and affirm the Lord’s leading and your personal comfort level of fellowship participation.
We continue to pray for, love and appreciate you all.
Pastors Pat & Sheldon; and Elders Bryan, Ernie, Jim, Joe, Kent, & Steve.
